Job summary

BlueTeam is seeking a Restoration Superintendent to lead day‑to‑day field operations, coordinating with the Project Director and owner to deliver projects on time and within budget. The role requires frequent travel (75%) and mentorship of a crew of 20+ while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has IICRC certifications (preferred), knowledge of codes, and a proven ability to manage logistics, equipment, and documentation in fast‑paced environments.

Qualifications

• IICRC certifications: WRT, ASD, Fire, Mold (preferred).
• Knowledge of IICRC/ANSI S500 and S520 Standards.
• Willingness to travel and respond to 24/7 emergency demands.
• Able to complete a DOT Medical Exam and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Safely operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (non-CDL 26’ box truck).
• Provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and dispatch for projects.
• Coordinate logistics, travel, and equipment for crews.
• Maintain daily field reports, crew lineups, and safety briefs.
• Lead a crew of 20 or more and ensure quality standards.
• Communicate progress to Project Director and client representatives.
• Demobilize safely and prepare paperwork for redeployment.
