Job summary

BlueTeam is seeking a Restoration Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations, coordinate ROM and project schedules, and ensure projects come in on time and within budget. The Restoration Technician will maintain daily logs, coordinate safety, and communicate with the Project Director and owner about progress.

The role requires supervising a crew of 20+, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality remediation and reconstruction services on commercial properties across states.

Qualifications

• High School completion/GED required.
• 1–2 years of restoration experience (commercial or combination commercial/residential).
• IICRC certifications: WRT, ASD, Fire, Mold preferred.
• Willingness to travel and respond to 24/7 emergency demands.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preparedness for dispatch according to company policy.
• Lead a crew of 20 or more and coordinate daily production.
• Develop ROM and project schedule with the Project Director.
• Document work in daily field reports and progress notes.
• Ensure safety and adherence to BlueTeam SOPs and industry standards.
