• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1–3 years of apartment maintenance or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Repair or address maintenance issues to meet safety and quality standards.
• Track inventory and return unused items to storage.
• Document work orders and service activities accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
