Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our multi-family communities. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, complete make-ready tasks, and ensure common areas meet safety and quality standards.

You will schedule vendors as needed, manage supplies, and document all service work while adhering to safety guidelines. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Finish make-ready process for vacant apartments and perform pre-move-out inspections.
• Inspect and repair building systems, grounds, and common areas to meet company standards.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA training; document work accurately.
