Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to uphold building, grounds and amenity standards. You diagnose defects, perform repairs, and complete make-ready work for new residents.

The role uses Entrata Yardi or One Site for management, requires EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license. Expect 40 hours weekly with some weekend variation, and a strong emphasis on safety and resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Current Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and perform routine maintenance.
• Finish make-ready process for vacant homes with a punch list and vendor scheduling.
• Track inventory, use tools correctly, and report re-order needs to supervision.
• Attend safety meetings and uphold RangeWater safety policies; interact professionally with residents.
