Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure indoor and outdoor spaces meet our safety and quality standards. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, perform make-ready tasks for vacant units, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently, and adherence to safety policies; weekend hours may apply. This position involves physical work and outdoor elements across property sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1–3 years apartment maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks to keep building, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and functional.
• Completes work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Puts through the make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Inspects work by contractors to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Tracks materials from the maintenance shop and notifies supervisors when re-ordering is needed.
• Participates in safety trainings and follows OSHA and company policies.
