RangeWater Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities and curb appeal of our multi-family communities. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with make-ready, and address resident questions on-site in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This role supports work‑life balance with paid time off and benefits, a standard 40‑hour work week (Mon-Fri with occasional weekends), and safety training including OSHA principles.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills to use company software.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain exterior grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of the community.
• Perform minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager.
• Inspect grounds daily to remove litter and debris.
• Assist with make-ready preparation of vacant apartments.
• Communicate hazards or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents.
• Follow safety policies and attend safety meetings.
