Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior features of the community, ensuring curb appeal and cleanliness. You will perform minor repairs under the Service Manager's guidance and keep common areas neat and hazard-free.

Responsibilities include removing litter, preparing vacant units, responding to maintenance requests, and communicating with residents while upholding RangeWater's safety standards. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in property management or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to interact with residents in a respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of the property.
• Perform minor repairs under the direction of the Service Manager.
• Inspect the community to remove litter and debris throughout the day.
• Clean and maintain dumpster/storage areas and vacant apartment readiness.
• Complete service requests and distribute notices to residents.
• Report hazards to the supervisor and adhere to safety policies.
