• Sweep and/or blow debris from grounds and walkways.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings as needed.
• Walk the property monthly to inspect for issues and safety.
• Pressure wash buildings to maintain curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Prepare market-ready units for showing and occupancy."
• Clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Maintain compactor area free of debris and trash.
