Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth across the South Central Montana region. You will represent Halter on the ground, meeting ranchers and industry groups, while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

You will own the sales cycle, build strong relationships, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure value delivery and high customer satisfaction in the US market.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in new business development and account management in B2B sales.
• Experience in agriculture or ranching industry helpful.
• Willingness to travel frequently within territory.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new business within the South Central Montana territory.
• Conduct in-field sales visits at ranches, auctions, and industry events.
• Manage existing accounts and expand Halter’s footprint with customers.
• Hit and manage ambitious sales targets and pipeline.
• Coordinate handoffs to onboarding and support teams for smooth deployment.
