Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and on-the-job training for new hires and recurrent training for ramp staff.
• Conduct briefings and distribute training materials to mentors.
• Create and coordinate staff schedules.
• Provide hands-on assistance to Training Department and feedback to managers.
• Coach staff and support career development.
• Manage staff with varied duties and ensure on-time performance.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
• Proactively solve problems and adapt to changes in operations.
