• Conduct briefs and distribute training materials.
• Create and coordinate staff schedules.
• Offer hands-on assistance to Training Department and provide feedback.
• Approve releases to duty after training completion.
• Coach staff and support career development.
• Correct non-compliant behavior and apply discipline as needed.
• Align daily work with corporate policies and goals.
• Manage a staff of employees with diverse duties.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and assess operations.
• Maximize station performance by adapting to changes.
