Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Ramp Supervisor for the Ground Handling Department. The role oversees ramp operations, mentors staff, and coordinates training and schedules to ensure on-time performance and exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong organization, conflict resolution, and proficiency with MS Office. Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, or related field is preferred; airline experience is a plus.

• Ability to work independently, set and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and on-the-job training for ramp functions.
• Conduct briefing and distribute training materials to mentors.
• Create and coordinate schedules and provide hands-on assistance to Training Department.
• Coach staff and manage disciplinary actions when required.
• Ensure on-time performance and high-quality customer service.
