Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Supervisor - Airport Services to coordinate day-to-day station operations, lead Agents/Clerks, and ensure safety and on-time performance at the Morrisville location.

In this role you will support the Manager, monitor budgets, standardize procedures, and coach team members. The position may require peak-period coverage and non-standard schedules to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• The Supervisor - Airport Services coordinates day-to-day station operations by leading and organizing Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance.
• Supports the Manager in meeting operational targets and monitoring the station budget.
• Formulates/implements administrative and operational policies and procedures with the Manager.
• Reviews and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency.
• Maintains station compliance with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Resolves customer service and operation issues; participates in audits and reporting.
• Coordinates with local airport management, regulators, and other stations/headquarters staff.
• Maintains records of time, attendance, personnel files and performance.
• Provides coaching and guidance to the team on performance issues; covers peak periods as needed.
