Job summary

Momosan Ramen Boston, by Morimoto at Hub Hall in Boston, MA, is seeking a Cook for full-time or part-time shifts. You will participate in preparing dishes for guest orders and coordinate with the serving team to deliver quality plates.

Pay is $20.00–$21.00 per hour. We offer weekly pay, benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation/holidays, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand recipes and abbreviations.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Able to work as a team player and follow directions.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients.
• No experience or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor’s assignments for food production and prepare food and beverage items for guests per recipes and guidelines.
• Set up, operate and clean kitchen equipment; keep workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked.
• Work cooperatively with team members and management.
• Follow supervisor’s assignments for opening and closing procedures.
