Qualifications

• Experience in a receptionist position or medical front office preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to verify demographics and insurance details at check-in.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance during check-in.
• Collect payments including deductibles and copays at the front desk.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as a liaison for clinic services and patient resources.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for all patients.
