Responsibilities

• Verify insurance and collect required information to prevent billing delays.
• Handle check-in/check-out tasks, collect balances, and confirm follow-up appointments.
• Provide patient education and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation across systems.
