Job summary

SimPL Freight Solutions in Raleigh, NC seeks an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, managing day-to-day execution and ensuring service expectations are met.

You will collaborate with operations, technology, accounting, compliance, and leadership to resolve issues, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• At least two years of experience in account management, customer service, logistics or transportation.
• On-site, full-time in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day account execution, including shipment activity and service issues.
• Monitor account performance and ensure SLAs are met.
• Identify and resolve issues before they affect the customer.
• Coordinate with operations, technology, accounting, compliance and leadership.
