Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- Hands-on Salesforce admin experience.
- Experience delivering technology projects in a business setting.
- Ability to translate business needs into workable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute assigned technology projects with defined requirements and timelines.
- Work with internal teams to optimize workflows and systems to support business needs.
- Configure, maintain, and improve Salesforce for workflows, reporting, and automation.
- Support TMS and other business applications; coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
- Develop reports and improve information access for decision-making.
- Create user documentation and aid adoption of new systems and features.
