Job summary

Meridian Waste in Raleigh, NC is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager for the Raleigh Hauling Division. You will lead a team of outside sales representatives focused on Frontload, Permanent Roll-off, Temporary Roll-off, and Portable Sanitation, driving new business revenue and expanding market share in the Raleigh-Durham area.

Collaborate with operations, customer service, dispatch, and senior leadership to optimize profitability and client retention while mentoring talent and refining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of sales experience; track record of achieving/exceeding goals.
• 2+ years in leadership or sales management.
• Proven ability to grow market share and manage pipelines and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of outside sales representatives to achieve revenue goals.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase Raleigh-Durham market share.
• Conduct pipeline reviews, performance evaluations, and sales training sessions.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales talent.
• Monitor sales metrics, CRM activity, and forecasting for accountability.
