Job summary

Compact Equipment Sales is seeking an energetic Outside Sales professional to cover the Raleigh area. The role focuses on growing revenue through on-site visits, prospecting, and timely follow-up. You will rent and sell equipment while promoting parts and service value.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in equipment sales, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously with occasional overnight travel required. Monday–Friday with great benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in outside sales, preferably in equipment or related industries.
• BA/BS degree in marketing, sales, or business; other disciplines encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily territory activities and revenue growth through on-site visits.
• Plan and execute business strategies to exceed quota through rental and sale of equipment.
• Promote sales of equipment, parts, and service; complete orders and paperwork.
• Record daily customer interactions and set weekly/monthly/annual goals.
