Job summary

The Commemorative Air Force seeks a Database Administrator, Development & Membership in Dallas to lead Raiser's Edge administration and guide the transition to Raiser's Edge NXT. You will optimize donor and member data, support fundraising and membership initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to ensure data reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent + nonprofit database experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in nonprofit database administration or advancement services.
• Proven experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge and Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Strong analytical and data-management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer Raiser's Edge and oversee NXT transition.
• Maintain data governance, standards, and unified constituent records.
• Develop reports, queries, exports, and segmentation for fundraising and membership.
• Collaborate with Development, Membership, and Finance to support analytics and decision-making.
• Train staff on Raiser's Edge usage and NXT functionality.
