Harlem Children's Zone in New York seeks a CRM Manager to support its Development team by maintaining Raiser's Edge NXT and related platforms, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for fundraising strategies.

Reporting to the Director of Development Operations, you will create custom reports, oversee donor data hygiene, process gifts, and train staff on database usage, contributing to HCZ's mission to break the cycle of poverty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Raiser's Edge NXT experience in a non-profit setting.
• Familiarity with other fundraising tools or CRMs; Salesforce welcomed.
• Blackbaud Certification preferred.
• Proven ability to develop queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience importing and exporting donor data.
• Detail-oriented with strong data integrity and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of the Raiser's Edge NXT database.
• Design, build, and deliver donor reports and lists.
• Process gifts and acknowledge donations promptly.
• Manage donor segmentation and engagement reporting.
• Provide database training and support to staff.
