Blackbaud Advisory+ is a premium consulting offering for Raiser’s Edge NXT. As an Advisory+ Consultant, you will drive outcomes by optimizing adoption, guiding customers through releases, and maximizing the value of their subscription.

With 5+ years in RENXT/RE7, you will manage a diverse customer portfolio, engage stakeholders, and help shape the Advisory+ offering while partnering with Sales, CSMs, and services teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience using, supporting, or consulting on RENXT and RE7.
• Experience in multiple fundraising areas (annual, major giving) encouraged.
• Comfortable engaging with key stakeholders and end-users.
• Experience with driving organizational change and making recommendations to customers.

Responsabilités

• Provide prescriptive, outcomes-focused consulting to RENXT customers.
• Craft a roadmap to adopt or expand functionality to achieve outcomes.
• Engage with customers through implementation to renewal.
• Collaborate with Sales, CSMs, and other teams for cohesive customer experiences.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on sales calls to expand the Advisory+ footprint.
