Job summary

Bring IT is seeking a Senior NetSuite Consultant to join our Managed Services team, acting as a trusted advisor to a growing NetSuite customer portfolio. You will optimize configurations, guide clients, and improve system usage across multiple engagements.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, troubleshoot issues, and evolve their NetSuite platform post‑implementation. This role offers remote‑first collaboration and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite consulting experience.
• Experience in Finance, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Inventory modules.
• Experience in Managed Services, Optimization, or Continuous Improvement environments.
• Experience managing multiple clients and workstreams simultaneously.
• Multilingual: Spanish and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional expert for assigned clients across Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, or other modules.
• Manage and prioritize a queue of support requests, enhancements, and small projects.
• Conduct regular system reviews and recommend optimization opportunities aligned with client goals.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
