CohnReznick is seeking a NetSuite Advisory Manager to join the Enterprise Applications team in our Digital Advisory practice. This remote role supports diverse US clients, delivering end-to-end NetSuite implementations with a focus on transformation, analytics enablement, and data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, IT, CS or related field.
• Extensive NetSuite implementation experience in a consulting role (5+ years).
• ERP implementation and professional services experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration.
• Team player able to work with internal and external teams.
• Self-starter with customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Functional expertise in finance/accounting (Record to Report).
• Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, or services.
• NetSuite certifications preferred (SuiteFoundations, ERP Consultant, Financial Associate).

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite implementation engagements from discovery to deployment.
• Serve as solution architect and SME for Record to Report processes.
• Drive delivery quality and project management across all phases.
• Mentor junior resources and build team capabilities.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and teams.
• Support business development and cross-sell opportunities.
• Travel up to 30% as needed.
