Job summary

247Hire is seeking a Program Manager to drive adoption and change management for a transition to the RainFocus events platform. You will partner across marketing, events, and vendor teams to onboard users, build enablement, stand up a sustainable support model, and migrate off prior platforms.

Responsibilities include owning the enablement plan, stakeholder mapping, adoption milestones, training sessions, and role-based documentation for event builders, admins, and requesters.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering or enabling event management platforms, specifically RainFocus.
• Experience leading tool adoption or platform migrations across cross-functional teams.
• Experience defining and tracking metrics and running programs to improve operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the change enablement plan for the RainFocus rollout: stakeholder mapping, adoption milestones, and a communications cadence across impacted marketing and events teams.
• Build and deliver enablement: training sessions, office hours, quick-start guides, and role-based documentation for event builders, admins, and requesters.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to lead the migration from prior event platforms (Splash, Cvent) to RainFocus, including workflow mapping and template and config parity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the RainFocus vendor team; triage enablement workstreams.
• Identify and track adoption and enablement KPIs (active users, event volume, time to launch, support ticket trends), using data to target improvements.
• Gather and prioritize feature requests and requirements; communicate tradeoffs, roadblocks, and status concisely to stakeholders and leadership.
• Capture and maintain a knowledge base of processes, runbooks, and FAQs to sustain the platform after transition.
