Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation seeks a change management and enablement lead to drive the RainFocus rollout across marketing and events teams. You will own the enablement plan, deliver trainings, and create role-based documentation to support event builders, admins, and requesters.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to migrate from Splash and Cvent to RainFocus, map workflows, and ensure parity of templates and configurations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering or enabling event management platforms.
• Experience leading tool adoption or platform migrations across cross-functional teams.
• Experience defining and tracking metrics and running programs to improve operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the change enablement plan for the RainFocus rollout across marketing and events teams.
• Build and deliver enablement: training sessions, office hours, guides, and role-based documentation.
• Lead migration from Splash/Cvent to RainFocus with workflow mapping and template/config parity.
• Serve as primary point of contact between stakeholders and RainFocus vendor; triage enablement workstreams.
• Track adoption KPIs and use data to target improvements.
