Job summary

RainFocus is seeking an exceptional Solution Architect to lead the architecture for client implementations, aligning RainFocus platform design with the client’s strategic objectives and ensuring scalable, innovative solutions across multi‑event programs.

As a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, you will guide complex integrations, mentor Solution Consultants, drive platform adoption, and contribute to process improvements and thought leadership within the Client Success organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software implementation experience for enterprise clients.
• Experience with SaaS event/enterprise software implementations.
• Ability to own end-to-end solution architecture for complex programs.
• Proven track record advising executive stakeholders.
• Experience driving adoption and measuring impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall solution architecture for client implementations.
• Advise executive client stakeholders and align solutions with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end solution design and drive platform adoption.
• Oversee project portfolio, timelines, and quality.
• Lead discovery calls and client communications.
• Mentor Solution Consultants and share best practices.
