BNSF Railway is seeking a Conductor Trainee to join a safety‑driven team in the Oklahoma/Tulsa region. The role involves learning to manage train operations, signals, and equipment in a full‑time capacity with on‑call duties, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Communication responsibilities include obtaining, receiving, and acting on information (oral and written) through various devices, monitoring and reporting daily work.
• Switching functions involve operating track switches and derails to change train routing and checking switch points for proper alignment.
• Train and equipment inspections include switching and spotting cars, determining train make-up, and inspecting cars per federal regulations.
• Daily work is conducted in a safety sensitive environment with extreme weather, uneven surfaces, loud noises, fumes, and heavy/moving machinery.
