Benesch is seeking a Railroad Track & Civil Review/Design Engineer for Public Projects. The role involves supporting Class I and commuter rail projects, reviewing plans, and performing site inspections with a team of Project Managers and Engineers.

Hybrid schedule; for candidates in Omaha, NE; Bellevue, NE; Charlotte, NC; Milwaukee, WI; Chicago, IL or Naperville, IL; Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA; Kansas City, MO.

Formación

• 2-5 years of Civil Engineering design or plan review experience for railroad projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience using MicroStation InRoads and/or OpenRail Designer

Responsabilidades

• Work on behalf of railroad clients to protect ROW and operations and help deliver projects
• Contribute to design reviews and develop constructive design comments
• Assist in meeting project deadlines within budget
• Review design plans and coordinate with Project Managers and Design Engineers
• Prepare project design plans and supporting documentation
• Perform field inspections and generate client reports
