Job summary

PSC Group in Woodward, OK is hiring full-time Railcar Repair Technicians to safely handle heavy equipment, railcars, and tracks while performing repairs per blueprints and standards. You will use basic mechanical skills to weld, cut, gouge, and interpret work orders, while staying compliant with ARS and customer quality assurance policies.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• May require valid Driver's License or TWIC depending on location.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Able to wear PPE and pass medical exams.
• Fluent English (reading/writing speaking).
• Punctual on-site attendance.
• Military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders and follow blueprints to perform repairs.
• Weld, cut, and gouge using basic mechanical skills.
• Identify materials and equipment needed for tasks.
• Follow safety rules and maintain clean work area.
• Ensure adherence to ARS, EHS, and QA standards.
• Complete other duties to finish tasks.
