PSC Group is seeking Railcar Repair Technicians to safely handle heavy equipment, railcars, and tracks while completing repairs. This full-time role offers on-site work, comprehensive safety training, and opportunities for long-term growth within a respected company.

The position emphasizes adherence to ARS and customer quality standards, on-the-job training, and a strong safety culture as essential components of daily tasks and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus but not required; paid on-the-job training provided.
• May require a valid Driver's License and/or a TWIC card depending on work location.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Fluent English (read, write, speak).

Responsabilités

• Interprets work orders and follows blueprints/schematics to perform repairs.
• Welds, cuts, and gouges using basic mechanical tools.
• Notifies of materials or equipment needed to complete tasks.
• Adheres to safety rules and company EH&S policies; maintains clean work area.
• Ensures compliance with AAR, ARS and customer quality standards.
