Job summary

Wabtec's Digital Intelligence Signaling & Systems team in North America is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs.

You will oversee commercial, technical, and contractual performance across multi-year transportation programs, coordinating customers, primes, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Project/ Program Management.
• 3+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver programs on schedule, within budget, and aligned with revenue targets.
• Ensure contract compliance with customer specs and internal standards.
• Lead integrated signaling and multi-system architectures & interfaces.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners for risk management.
