Job summary

Wabtec Corporation in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America. You will manage commercial, technical, and contractual performance for multi-year transportation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver compliant, on-schedule solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
3-5 years experience in Project/ Program Management.
3+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs.

Responsibilities

Lead full program lifecycle: bid support → execution → testing & commissioning → closeout.
Deliver programs on schedule, within budget, in line with revenue, margin, and cash flow targets.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, customer specifications, Wabtec standards and governance.
Lead delivery of integrated signaling and multi-system architectures (CBTC/ATC/PTC, wayside/onboard, communications).
Manage risks, changes, costs, and forecasting; coordinate across engineering, controls, procurement, and finance.
Own stakeholder communications and executive-level program reviews.
