Job summary

Wabtec Corporation in Pittsburgh seeks a Sr. Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America within the Digital Intelligence – Signaling & Systems P&L.

You will own commercial, technical, and contractual performance across multi-year projects including CBTC, PTC, and multi-system interfaces. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate customers, primes, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project / Program Management, or related field.
10+ years’ experience in Project/Program Management.
10+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs.

Responsibilities

Lead full program lifecycle: bid support → execution → testing & commissioning → closeout.
Deliver programs on schedule, within budget, and aligned to revenue/margin targets.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, customer specs, and Wabtec standards.
Lead delivery of integrated signaling and multi-system architectures (CBTC/ATC/PTC).
Own contract performance: scope, change orders, cost, revenue, margin.
Manage earned value, forecasts, risk, and mitigation plans.
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate customers, primes, and suppliers.
Conduct monthly/quarterly reviews and provide executive reporting.
