Job summary

Wabtec Corporation invites applications for a Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America within the Digital Intelligence – Signaling & Systems group.

You will oversee commercial, technical, and contractual performance across multi-year projects, coordinating customers, primes, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Project/ Program Management.
• 3+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full program lifecycle: bid support → execution → testing & commissioning → closeout.
• Deliver programs on schedule, within budget, and aligned with revenue, margin and cash targets.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, customer specs, and Wabtec standards.
• Lead delivery of integrated signaling and multi-system architectures (CBTC/ATC/PTC, SCADA, etc.).
• Own contract performance: scope management, change orders, cost and revenue tracking.
• Drive risk management, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, controls, procurement, and finance.
