Job summary

Wabtec’s Digital Intelligence Signaling & Systems team is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America. You will oversee commercial, technical, and contractual performance, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to meet safety, regulatory, and schedule requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Project/ Program Management.
• 3+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs.

Responsibilities

• Program Delivery & Execution: deliver programs on schedule, within budget, and aligned with revenue, margin and cash targets.
• Commercial & Contract Management: own contracts, change orders, and forecasting; manage risks and communications.
• Risk & Opportunity Management: identify technical and commercial risks and develop mitigation plans; maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
