Job summary

Wabtec Corporation seeks a Program Manager to deliver complex rail signaling and systems projects across North America. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage commercial and technical performance, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within contractual and safety requirements.

The role requires 3–5 years of program management experience in regulated environments, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Project/ Program Management.
• 3+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full program lifecycle: bid support → execution → testing & commissioning → closeout.
• Deliver programs on schedule, within budget, with revenue, margin, and cash flow targets.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, customer specifications, and Wabtec standards.
• Lead or oversee Change Order proposals, negotiations, and risk-based forecasting.
• Proactively identify technical, commercial, and schedule risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, primes, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Lead executive-level program reviews and clear, actionable reporting.
