Job summary

Wabtec Corporation seeks a Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America within the Digital Intelligence – Signaling & Systems P&L. You will oversee commercial, technical, and contractual performance of multi-year transportation programs, including signaling, CBTC, PTC, communications, SCADA, and multi-system integration.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 3-5 years in program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Project/ Program Management.
• 3+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full program lifecycle: bid support → execution → testing & commissioning → closeout.
• Deliver programs on schedule, within budget, and aligned with revenue and cash targets.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, customer specifications, and safety standards.
