Job summary

Granite Construction Company is seeking an experienced estimator/engineer to provide technical engineering and cost information ensuring construction work complies with engineering standards. The role involves interpreting drawings, coordinating with on-site teams, and preparing documentation for budgets and bids.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of estimating support or related experience, with strong MS Office and AGTEK Take-off skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field preferred.
• 2+ years' construction estimating, engineering, field support, or similar experience.
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of AGTEK Take-off and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job controls to meet contract, budget, schedule, forecasting and job costing.
• Interpret design/drawings for craft workers to ensure specifications are followed.
• Interface with on-site departments to resolve problems and support project schedule.
