The role involves interpreting drawings, supporting job controls, coordinating with on-site teams, and developing take-offs and material cost estimates for bids and changes. Strong MS Office and AGTEK Take-off proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of construction estimating support, engineering, field support, or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job controls to ensure contract, budget, schedule, forecasting and job costing compliance.
• Interpret design/drawings for craft workers to ensure specifications are followed.
• Interface with on-site departments to resolve problems and support project schedule.
