Job summary

Granite Construction is seeking a seasoned construction engineer to plan, develop, and coordinate onsite activities, ensuring quality and cost control across projects. You will manage job controls, schedules, and reporting while mentoring a diverse project team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field, 4+ years in estimating/support/field work, and strong skills in MS Office, AGTEK Take-off, and Primavera scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction estimating, engineering, or field support.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for team management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate and manage onsite construction engineering activities.
• Ensure schedules, budgets, and quality controls meet contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and engineering work plans.
• Provide technical support for planning, quality control, and constructability reviews.
• Represent project in client and management meetings and maintain reporting logs.
• Supervise and mentor project staff to meet standards.
