Qualifications

• Experience in construction, rail, heavy equipment, or industrial field services.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Visit rail-served facilities within a six-hour radius of Kansas City.
• Build strong relationships with plant managers and operations teams.
• Identify issues and help customers understand repairs needed.
• Prepare quotes and scopes of work with support from operations.
• Follow up, negotiate, and close jobs.
• Track opportunities and report activity to leadership.
