Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience, including task management. Locations include NY and NJ, with a clear path to deliver major transportation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.
• Familiar with NY major transportation agencies design standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation and assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage the project team to meet scope, schedule and budgets.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design and production.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development and performance reviews.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
