Job summary

HNTB in Harrisburg, PA, is seeking a Project Manager I – Engineering to oversee a project from scope through execution, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget. You will coordinate with cross-discipline teams, manage client communications, and support development of proposals and contracts.

Bachelor's in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience required; 2 years of task management or deputy PM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop project scope and fee quotation and assist in technical proposals and contracts in accordance with HNTB's SCA.
Serve as the primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver the scope, schedule, and budgets to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. Assist with client project scoping and contract negotiations.
Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.
Lead the development and execution of the project management plan; supervise and mentor the team to achieve project objectives.
Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and succession planning for project staff; support performance reviews and compensation planning.
