Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation and assist in technical proposals and contracts in accordance with HNTB's SCA.
• Serve as the primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver the scope, schedule, and budgets to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. Assist with client project scoping and contract negotiations.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.
• Lead the development and execution of the project management plan; supervise and mentor the team to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and succession planning for project staff; support performance reviews and compensation planning.
