RSI Logistics, recently acquired by Trinity Industries Inc., is seeking an Invoicing/Billing Coordinator to ensure timely processing of rail-related invoices. You will handle charges for railcars, leases, and maintenance with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

You should have at least 2 years in rail operations or accounting, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess ERP/Rail TMS familiarity to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in rail operations, freight payment or accounting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• General understanding of accounting practices.
• System savvy (prior ERP experience or Rail TMS experience highly preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Process Rail exception coding.
• Retrieve Rail invoices from Class 1 carrier websites, via email, or other vendors.
• Validate charges are accurate based on activity.
• Verify rates (Private or public tariff).
• Associate assessorial charges with loaded shipment accessorial invoices from railroads.
• Process Rail Maintenance Invoices Shop, MRU, RR and Mini shops.
• Process Rail Lease invoices.
• Maintain Rail business group coding and orders for validation.
• Dispute invoices charged incorrectly.
• Create ad hoc reports as needed or on a regular basis.
