Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an on-site Radiology Scheduling Call Center Associate to handle patient registrations and scheduling for radiology services. You will act as the face of the enterprise, triaging calls and coordinating appointments with care and accuracy.

The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills (Outlook/Excel), and familiarity with medical terminology. Experience with Epic EMR and HIPAA compliance is preferred; the position is based at 1620 Tremont Street

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
• Epic EMR system experience preferred.
• Medical Terminology required.

Responsibilities

• Register and schedule new patient appointments for the radiology department.
• Document patient demographics, medical and referral information in the system.
• Answer telephone calls, triage, and relay accurate messages with professionalism.
• Provide basic information to patients about the practice and hospitals.
• Obtain patient information required by providers and ensure records are available.
• Transcribe calls, referrals and scheduling data across multiple systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all communications.
