Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external referral processes and ensure timely documentation.
• Handle administrative intake of members and maintain records.
• Process exam requests, manage PACS uploads, and prepare CD checkouts.
• Support clinical staff with document setup and triage for coverage reviews.
• Handle member and provider inquiries with high-volume, customer-focused approach.
