Job summary

The supervisor will monitor queues, provide annual reviews, drive process improvements, and ensure excellent customer service for patients and providers in a multi-specialty environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a clinical or customer service setting.
• 2+ years in a Lead or Supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of Referral Coordinators and ensure departmental standards.
• Monitor call queues and service levels; track attendance and performance.
• Provide coaching, performance reviews and progressive discipline as needed.
• Interview, select, and train staff; ensure policy compliance.
• Support process improvements and handle patient escalation with exemplary service.
• Maintain QA metrics and report results to supervisor.
